1. Scope
This Content Policy applies to display names, short messages, website URLs and any other user-supplied material displayed through THE MILLION SEATS.
The service is designed for short public identity, brand and message content. Content is not guaranteed to be reviewed before it becomes public.
2. Content that is not allowed
THE MILLION SEATS is not an adult-content directory, a violent-content showcase or a gateway to illegal services. The following content and destinations are prohibited even where a particular item might not itself be unlawful in every jurisdiction:
- Pornography and sexually explicit content: pornographic material, explicit sexual imagery or video, adult sexual services, or websites primarily dedicated to sexually explicit content.
- Sexual exploitation: child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate material or sexual content involving coercion or abuse.
- Graphic violence and gore: graphic depictions of serious injury, mutilation, torture, execution or gore; content that celebrates or promotes real-world violent abuse; or credible threats and incitement to violence.
- Illegal activity: content, links, goods, services or instructions whose primary purpose is to facilitate criminal activity or other unlawful conduct.
- Hate and targeted abuse: unlawful hate content, targeted harassment, threats or dehumanising abuse directed at protected or identifiable persons or groups.
- Fraud and deception: phishing, scams, credential theft, deceptive impersonation, fake login pages or materially misleading destinations.
- Malware and technical abuse: malicious downloads, malware, exploit delivery, attempts to compromise devices/accounts, or circumvention of service security.
- Privacy abuse: doxxing, unlawful disclosure of personal data, stalking material or content intended to facilitate harassment of an identifiable person.
- Intellectual-property abuse: content or links that unlawfully infringe copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights.
- Spam and platform abuse: automated abuse, manipulative redirects, cloaking, repeated circumvention of restrictions or attempts to misuse the stadium as link spam.
3. Names, brands and websites
You may only use names, brands, domains and other identifiers that you are entitled to use. Do not create a false impression that you are another person, company, public body or rights holder.
Website URLs must lead to destinations that are safe and compatible with this policy. We may disable a link if the destination is pornographic, sexually explicit, graphically violent, fraudulent, malicious, unlawful or otherwise prohibited. Redirect chains, later destination changes and compromised websites may also result in restriction. A domain may be blocked from future use where necessary to prevent repeated abuse.
Seat content is final after payment. A moderation restriction does not give the purchaser a right to replace the display name, message or website with different content. If content is restricted, the numbered seat remains claimed unless applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Content and safety contact
For legal or safety concerns about content, contact Available before live consumer sales. There is no public reporting control on individual Public Seat pages.
Please identify the Public Seat URL or seat code and describe the issue sufficiently for it to be reviewed.
5. How we respond
Depending on the issue, we may take no action, disable a website link, hide a display name, hide a message, hide all public content for a seat, block a destination domain or apply another proportionate restriction. Moderation does not automatically release the seat for resale. We may preserve records where needed for security, legal compliance, audit or dispute handling.
Decisions are based on the information reasonably available at the time and may be revisited if new information is provided.
6. Review of moderation decisions
If your content is restricted or removed and you believe the decision is incorrect, you may request a review using the content contact above. Where applicable, we will also provide information about other complaint or dispute-resolution options available under law.
7. Serious threats and legal obligations
We may preserve information, respond to lawful orders and contact competent authorities where required by law. This may include situations involving credible threats to life or safety.
8. Repeat or serious abuse
Repeated or serious violations may lead to stronger restrictions, including suspension or termination of the ability to display content, subject to applicable consumer law and the Terms.
9. No endorsement
User content and external websites are the responsibility of their respective users. Publication on THE MILLION SEATS does not mean that the operator endorses or verifies them.
10. Changes to this Content Policy
We may update this policy as the service, law and safety requirements evolve. The date at the top identifies the currently published version.
